Breast Cancer Care have recently updated a number of their IT systems as part of a move of their head office and increased adoption of agile working. To help us support these changes nationally, we are looking to recruit a customer focused IT Support Engineer to provide support primarily for our National and Regional offices.
Your role will be to deliver on site and remote 1st and 2nd line support to our Sheffield, Glasgow and Cardiff offices, against an ITIL framework and within a newly created User Support team.
In addition your role will be to ensure IT systems fulfil user needs and staff are confident in using them effectively.
The key areas of development this year are, the new GDPR developments, Windows 10, Video Conferencing, Office 365 and home working/telephone system improvements.
We are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills whilst being a good team player. The post holder will be accustomed to working on various issues simultaneously, will be flexible and able to deal with conflicting priorities.
